Rental Prices
- $350 per night, minimum 4-night rental between
Memorial Day and Labor Day
- $2,300 for one week rentals
- Boat Slips: $5 per day, or $30 per week
(2 boat
slips available,#21 and #23);
fees waived for weekly rentals.

The house is available for winter rentals (November through
March) on a monthly basis; utilities are extra in this situation. |

Deposits and Cancellations
$350 Deposit due within 10 days of booking (this is returned
within 30 days of your departure, after inspection).
50% of rental fees required 90 days before date of arrival,
balance 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 100%
refund if cancellation occurs prior to 60 days. Between 30 and
60 days, deposit is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival date,
50% of rental fees are forfeited.
Boating
Norris Lake is the largest and cleanest of the TVA lakes, with
over 800 miles of shoreline. Woodlake is located on Lone
Mountain creek, with Lone Mountain Boat Dock a 2 minute cruise
on your way out of the slips. As compared to the the Deerfield
/ Powell River side of the lake, the boating is much calmer,
with considerably less traffic. Our experience: Boat east on
the Clinch River for ~15 miles towards it’s end (very scenic and
calm water) or unlimited miles west toward the Lake body of
water and additional creeks. If you don’t have a boat, pontoon
